Oven Barbequed Chicken
I’m thawing out a chicken. There’s nothing easier than Oven Barbequed Chicken. I just spray a pan with non-stick spray, lay out the washed pieces, and dump bar-b-q sauce all over. Bake un-covered at 325 for about an hour. The best thing is, in a few minutes, the whole house will start smelling like bar-b-q. It’s sort of odd. I usually bar-b-q outside in the summer. But I just wanted that alluring bar-b-q aroma. Also, it’s easier, since I’m trying to get laundry done. It’s a never ending battle. Also, I think the oven baked is juicier than on the bar-b-q. In fact, I know it is!
